      <abstract xml:lang="ru">
        <p>Представлен обзор разработанных зарубежными и отечественными исследователями эконометрических и агент-ориентированных моделей, с помощью которых: – оценивалось влияние национального человеческого капитала на экономический рост стран; – изучались факторы развития человеческого капитала и условия, необходимые для увеличения качества человеческого капитала в развитых, переходных и развивающихся странах; – выявлялось влияние демографических тенденций на количественные и качественные характеристики человеческого капитала через инвестирование в образование; – анализировалось влияние инвестиций на формирование интеллектуальных способностей индивидуумов, накопление их профессиональных знаний и опыта, изменение статуса здоровья. В статье раскрыта многогранность синтетической структуры социально-экономической категории человеческого капитала и рассмотрены распространенные методы оценки и измерения компонентов человеческого капитала. Проанализирован двунаправленный, взаимовлияющий характер процесса увеличения качества человеческого капитала и социально-экономического развития общества. Сравнительный анализ зарубежной и отечественной литературы по заявленной в статье проблематике показывает, что на сегодняшний день в нашей стране обнаруживается нехватка необходимого объема детализированных статистических и социологических данных для оценки и измерения различных качественных характеристик человеческого капитала (как на индивидуальном, так и региональных уровнях), а также макроэкономических последствий инвестирования в социальную сферу с целью развития человеческого капитала в социально-экономических условиях нашей страны. Полученные выводы представляют интерес в аспекте построения агент-ориентированной модели человеческого капитала и его воспроизводства в масштабе региона, в том числе разработки модели человеческого капитала на индивидуальном уровне, включая моделирование трудового потенциала.</p>

      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The article conducted a scientific review of econometric and agent-oriented models&#13;
where: - the impact of national human capital on the economic growth of countries was&#13;
assessed; - the factors of human capital development and the conditions necessary to increase&#13;
the quality of human capital in developed, transitional and developing countries were studied;&#13;
- the influence of investments on the formation of the intellectual abilities of individuals, the&#13;
accumulation of their professional knowledge and experience, the changing status of health&#13;
were analyzed; - the influence of demographic trends on the quantitative and qualitative&#13;
characteristics of human capital was revealed. The bidirectional interacting nature of the&#13;
process of increasing the quality of human capital and the socio-economic development of the&#13;
society was analyzed. Comparative analysis of foreign and domestic literature in terms of the&#13;
subject-matter, stated in the article, shows that currently in our country there is a lack of the&#13;
necessary amount of detailed statistical and sociological data for assessing and measuring&#13;
the different qualitative characteristics of human capital (both at individual and regional&#13;
levels), as well as the macroeconomic consequences of investing in the social sphere with the&#13;
aim of developing human capital in the social and economic conditions of our country. The&#13;
obtained conclusions are of interest in the aspect of constructing an agent-oriented model of&#13;
human capital and its reproduction on a regional scale, including the development of a model&#13;
of human capital at the individual level with modeling of labor potential.&#13;
