Одним из главных источников дохода банковских организаций являются операции кредитования юридических лиц. В статье представлена модель бизнеспроцесса кредитования в нотации BPMN 2.0, разработанная в среде моделирования Bizagi Modeler. Целью построения модели является дальнейший её анализ и модернизация для сокращения времени выполнения и количества используемых ресурсов, выявление адекватных способов увеличения прибыли. В основу положен алгоритм кредитования юридических лиц, который можно оптимизировать под любую банковскую организацию в зависимости от ее ресурсов и целей, касательно этого вопроса. Элементы модели можно изменять в зависимости от величины юридической организации и ее возможностей, использовать сценарии с различными входными данными для поиска оптимального решения.
One of the main sources of income of banking organizations are lending operations for corporate body. Business-process model expressed in BPMN 2.0 notation and designed in the modeling environment Bizagi Modeler. The purpose of model is to further analysis and upgrade to reduce execution time and amount of resources, identify of adequate ways to increase income. It is based on the algorithm of lending for corporate body, which can be optimized for any banking organization, depending on its resources and goals in relation to this issue. The model elements can be changed according to the value of corporate body and its ability to use scripts with different inputs to find the optimal solution.
