Развитие науки подразумевает не только комплексный анализ теории, практики, исторического опыта, но и поиск новых направлений в данных исследованиях, включая применение новых методик и методов. В статье с позиций кибернетики и теории систем проведен анализ формирования и реализации систем управления в адвокатских (социальных) системах в современный период времени. В ходе анализа выявлена структурная проблема, которая является следствием «вертикальной» организации органов адвокатского самоуправления, приводящая в ряде случаев к определенной напряженности внутри самой системы. Делается вывод, что особую роль при организации управления в адвокатской системе в целом играет согласованность действий всех элементов адвокатуры, а также применение сложившейся организационной структуры, традиций, культуры и принципов.

During the analysis the structural problem which is a consequence of the "vertical" organization of bodies of lawyer self-government, resulting in some cases in a certain intensity in the system is revealed. The conclusion is drawn that the special role at the organization of management in lawyer system in general is played by coherence of actions of all elements of legal profession, and also application of the developed organizational structure, traditions, culture and the principles.
